For anyone looking to get fit, The Club really is the best place! As soon as I stepped in the door for my first session I instantly felt at ease with the coaches. I joined to lose weight and to try and get some core strength to assist my running… never did I think that weight lifting would help me so much! Not only have I lost weight, I am able to run further and for longer but also my confidence has grown massively!
All the coaches are amazing, they give support where needed, and never afraid to push you further in order to help you achieve your goals!
