This Club is a total revelation when it comes to getting and staying fit.  The equipment is first class with weights stations and benches for every pair working out. The exercises are varied and structured clearly. The instructors demonstrate everything and help you with your form as well as pushing you when you are having a lazy day! Everyone is welcomed, of all abilities and the coaches are fantastic at not only with encouraging you to push your self a little more each time but with adapting exercises if you have a specific issue. I joined to lose weight and to try and get some core strength to assist my running… never did I think that weight lifting would help me so much!
